At Kear Fabrication, we stand behind the quality of our equipment with a limited warranty policy covering all products for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that our equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided it is used under normal operating conditions. Please note that the warranty does not cover issues caused by wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance. At Kear Fabrication, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent purchasing experience. For all orders, a 50% deposit is required upon placement, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipping. For parts orders, the entire balance must be paid before shipping. All equipment is made to order, and the descriptions provided on quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer. We strongly recommend you review all details carefully to ensure your requirements are met, as revisions can be requested. Quoted prices do not include taxes, and freight costs are additional. Customers may also coordinate their own pickups if preferred. For shipments to the U.S., a Customs Brokerage Fee will apply. Please note that all quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Once an order is placed, a design drawing will be provided for review and approval. After the approved drawing is signed and returned, the order cannot be canceled, as production will begin immediately. If revisions or cancellations are required, please notify us before the production phase. Production lead times are approximate and begin after approved drawings are received.
